摘要
对汉中锌业有限责任公司制酸Ⅲ系统尾气中二氧化硫浓度突然升高的原因进行剖析,认为Ⅴ_a换热器换热管破损漏气、催化剂装填定额不足以及转化器第五段进口温度偏低是其主要原因。通过采取换热管堵漏、提高催化剂装填定额至420 L/(t·d^(-1))及第五段部分装填含铯催化剂等措施,使技改后总转化率达到99.905%,极大减轻了尾气处理压力。
The root cause of a sudden increase of sulphur dioxide content in the tail gas from the third acid plant system of Hanzhong Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. was analyzed thoroughly. The leakage of the pipe of Va heat exchanger, insufficient catalyst filling, and the lower inlet temperature of the fifth layer in the converter were major reasons. Measures were taken to fix the heat exchanger pipe leak, increase catalyst loading up to 420 L/( t·d^-1 ), and partially fill with the cesium-containing catalyst at the fifth layer. Total conversion rate of 99. 905% were achieved after the improvement ,which significantly reduced the workload of emission gas treatment.
