摘要 以硫磺制酸厂为例,介绍了硫酸生产过程中所产生热量的来源、数量以及回收热能带来的经济效益和社会效益,阐明了热能回收的重要意义。对如何提高热能回收率提出了明确的建议和今后的发展方向。在放空尾气中补充氧气使其能循环利用,既可回收热量又无尾气排放,应予以关注和开发。 Sulphur burning sulphuric acid plant as example ,the resources of heat and the quantity of heat generated in the production of sulphuric acid,economic and social benefits from heat recovery are described, with the emphasis on significant meanings of heat recovery. Recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of heat recovery and direction of technology development in the future are provided and clarified. More attentions should be paid on the technology with supplementary oxygen added into the flue gas to achieve heat recovery and zero gas emission simultaneously.
