摘要
页岩气地面集输管网拓扑优化问题可分为井组最优划分、集气阀组位置确定、管网连接形式及中央处理厂的最优位置四个子问题。以管网系统经济性为目标函数,以相关集输条件为约束条件,讨论枝状和放射状两种管网连接方式,对连接方式交叉后的四种管网布局模式的经济性进行对比,并将管网可靠性分析转化为树型网络可靠度问题进行求解。计算实例表明,枝状管网经济性较好,放射状管网可靠度高;以总费用与可靠度比值为指标,放射状+枝状的集输管网布局最优。
The topology optimization of shale gas gathering pipe network was divided into four sub problems, namely the optimal partition, the set of valve group symmetry position determination,the form of network connection and the optimal position of the central treatment plant.The dendritic and radial network connection mode were discussed and the economy of four kinds of network layout mode were compared with taking the economy of pipeline construction as the objective function, and the related gathering conditions as constraints, and pipeline network reliability analysis was converted to solving the tree- structure network reliability. The results showed that the dendritic connection mode was the best in economic feasibility,the radial connections was the best in reliability,and "radial+dendritic" mode was the best when taking the ratio of total cost and reliability as an indicator.
