大庆油田油气管道隐患分析及治理对策

Analysis and Countermeasures About Hidden Danger of Oil and Gas Pipeline in Daqing Oilfield

青岛"11.22"事故后,大庆油田为了保证油田安全生产,同时维护油田周围居民的人身安全,按照"全覆盖、零容忍、严执法、重实效"的原则,对油田内存在安全隐患的油气管道进行集中整改治理。通过隐患分类及对大庆油田管线隐患的实际情况进行分析,在设计上从管道的路由选择、材质、敷设及自动化建设4个方面提出治理对策,并在管道占压隐患治理典型案例中得到了验证。油气管道隐患治理对策的应用,保证了油田管道的安全运行和油田居民生活的安定。

After Qingdao ＂11.22＂ accident, in order to ensure the safety of the production in the oil field while maintaining safety of residents around the oil field,Daqing oil field renovate the oil and gas pipelines which are in the security risks according to the principle of ＂full coverage, zero tolerance, strict law enforcement, pragmatic＂. The hidden dangers has been Classified in the paper and given the control measures correspondingly from four aspects on pipelines＇ ＂Route Selection＂, ＂Material＂, ＂Pipe Laying＂ and ＂ Automation Construction＂ which have been proved to be effective in the typical cases of the pipelines＇ occupying security risks. The application of oil and gas pipelines＇ risk control measures has ensured the safety operation of oil pipeline and the security of the residents.
