数字管道技术标准化简析

摘要 我国管网已建成集成化、规范化、智能化的数字管道体系,只有经过标准化建设才能使数字管道技术具有规范性及可操作性。通过对数字管道技术特性值的测量和评定,以数据为基础,以能够支持其软件产品的硬件平台为载体,以网络环境安全为前提,建立统一的数据标准来约束和管理数据的制作、传输、共享和存储,从而使业主、设计单位、施工单位、监理及数字化等相关专业成为一个有机的整体,实现网络信息共享,达到规范数据基础建设,简化工作流程,协调各专业之间协作的目的。该系统标准体系的建立,实现了城市规划管理的数字化、信息化、有序化及可视化,为城市的快速发展起到强有力的推动作用。 The digital pipeline system has been established with the characteristic of integration,normalization,and intelligent in our country,and only through standardization could the digital pipeline technology have the attribute of normalization and practicality. After the measurement and evaluation on the feature value of the digital pipeline technology,based on the data and with the preliminary of network security, supported by the software- related hardware,the paper establishes a unified data standardization to restrain and manage the procedure of data production,transformation,sharing and storage.And this could combine the owner,design unit,construction unit,supervisors and the digital segment into one organic whole, to accomplish purpose of network information sharing, standardizing the basic data construction,simplify the workflow,and coordinate different branches.The establishments of this standardization system,bring about the digitization,information,ordering and visualization of the city planning management,and prompt the city's fast development powerfully.
