阿托伐他汀治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的疗效

Effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的疗效。方法:收集近几年我院诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压的患者临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组,两组基础治疗均相同,研究组加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗。对比两组治疗前后肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及肺动脉平均压。结果:研究组和对照组治疗前肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积及肺动脉平均压比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后研究组较对照组肺活量增加、第1秒用力呼气容积增加、肺动脉平均压降低,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀能够改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压,对改善肺功能有重要作用。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension.Methods：Pulmonary hypertension patients were randomly divided into：study group and control group,the study group plus atorvastatin calcium treatment.Compared vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in FEV1 and the average pressure of the pulmonary artery.Results：study group and the control group before the vital capacity,the forced expiratory volume and pulmonary artery mean pressure had no difference（P〉0.05）;study group and control group after vital capacity,the forced expiratory volume and pulmonary artery mean pressure differences（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：pulmonary hypertension atorvastatin can improve COPD combined,plays an important role in the improvement of pulmonary function.
