摘要
为改善低硫柴油的润滑性,并有效利用地沟油,以地沟油为原料,制备了一种有机稀土化合物ORE。采用红外光谱仪及能谱仪分析ORE的组织结构,考察了ORE在低硫柴油中的油溶性及抗磨性能。结果显示:ORE在低硫柴油中具有良好的油溶性;当低硫柴油中ORE加入量为300μg/g时,其抗磨性能相对加氢裂化柴油提高了49.1%,比当前市售成品-10号柴油的抗磨能力更强,ORE的加入不改变加氢裂化柴油的闪点、倾点、冷滤点等理化性能指标。由地沟油制备低硫柴油抗磨添加剂工业产品,是探索解决地沟油废物利用的一种新途径,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Using waste-cooking oil as raw materials,a novel organo rare- earth compound(ORE) was prepared.Then infrared spectrometer and energy disperse spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure,oil solubility in lowsulfur diesel oil and abrasion resistance of ORE.Results showed that ORE had excellent oil solubility in low- sulfur diesel oil.When the content of ORE was 300 μg/g in low-sulfur diesel oil,the abrasion resistance was improved by 49.1%in comparision with that of hydrocracking diesel oil,even better than that of 10#diesel oil.Furthermore,adding ORE did not change the physical properties of the hydrocracking diesel oil such as flash point,pour point and cold filter plugging point.In general,preparation of anti-wear agent in low-sulfur diesel oil by using waste-cooking oil,was a beneficial attempt to reuse waste- cooking oil,which perhaps had good extension and application prospect.
