摘要
布敦岩沥青(BRA)是一种天然岩沥青,具备良好的耐腐蚀性能。以BRA替代部分基质沥青,不仅可以改善材料的性能,还可以节约资源,扩大天然沥青的应用范围。以BRA、基质沥青和环氧树脂为主要成膜物质,加入溶剂、填料、助剂、聚酰胺固化剂等物质,采用双组分工艺制备布敦岩沥青防腐蚀涂料。通过正交试验确定最优涂料配方为布敦岩沥青20.0%、硅藻土5.0%、环氧丙烷丁基醚2.0%、环氧树脂20.0%。布敦岩沥青的掺入可以提高涂料的抗变形能力和高温性能,改善其低温性能,还可以提高涂料涂层的防腐蚀性能。掺入BRA的过程只是物理过程;侵蚀过程中氯盐与涂料未发生化学反应。
Buton rock asphalt(BRA) anti-corrosion coating was prepared by two-component process with BRA,asphalt and epoxy resin as the main film material,meantime adding solvents,fillers,additives and polyamide curing agent material.The optimized recipe was determined by orthogonal experiment scheme as follows;buton rock asphalt 20.0%,diatomite 5.0%,propylene butyl ether 2.0%and epoxy resin 20.0%.The doped buton rock asphalt in the coating improved the resistance to deformation,high temperature performance,low temperature performance and corrosion resistance.Besides,the doping of buton rock asphalt was only a physical process,and during the chloride corrosion process to the coating the chemical reaction did not occur.
