摘要
该文合理简化我国民航现役机种B737主起落架收放机构,使用数学机构运动学分析其收放过程。在此理论分析基础上,参照中国民航大学工程训练中心大车间的B737-200型飞机主起落架实体,结合其飞机维护手册(AMM)、图解零件目录(IPC)等手册,使用三维软件CATIA绘制出B737-200型飞机主起落架收放机构的构件三维动力学模型,经组装后进行主起落架收放机构DMU运动仿真与分析。
In this paper,a reasonable simplified of our country civil aviation active aircraft B737 main landing gearretraction and extension mechanism,using mathematical mechanism kinematicsto analyzeits retraction and extension process.On the basis of theoretical analysis,it references to B737-200 aircraft main landing gear entitywhich in the large workshop of Engineering Techniques Training Center of CAUC,combining with its aircraft maintenance manual(AMM)、illustrated parts catalog(IPC) and other manuals,using 3D software CATIA to drawitscomponent dynamic models,conducting DMU motion simulation and analysis after assembling the main landing gear components.
