摘要
核电站模拟机数字化仪控系统有多种仿真实现方式,相比于福清1号模拟机的虚拟仿真和实物仿真的实现方式,2号模拟机采用的全防仿真方式,在满足模拟机标准的前提下,节约了成本,缩短了项目开发时间。该文着重分析了福清2号模拟机的逻辑控制层level1和人机界面监控层level2的DCSFSS全仿技术的实现,简单介绍了国产化(48×24)mm马赛克盘台、全仿技术的技术难点,结合现场应用情况,从精度、逼真度、稳定性、经济性、维护方面分析福清1、2号模拟机的优缺点,两台模拟机相互参考,取长补短,提出了优化改进建议,可供后续其他模拟机项目的开发参考。
There ara a few ways of the simulation for the digtal control system of the full scope simulator,compared with the emulation and the stimulation of the Fuqing 1#FSS,the fully simulation of the 2# FSS can not only meet the simulator standard but also save the cost,shorten the development time of the project. This paper focuses on the analysis of the DSCFSS technical,which include the logic control level and human machine interface level of the 2#FSS. Introduces the nationalization(48x24mm)mosaic panel、 the difficulty of the fully simulation. Finally, combining the practical application, the paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the two sets of simulator about the accuracy, fidelity, stability, economy, and maintenance. and put forward the suggestion for improvement after two simulator refer each other, which can offer the reference for other project.
