摘要
研究旨在对基于GIS的制造产业集群协同服务系统的应用进行研究,选择制造产业集群进行系统的推广应用,为集群内企业提供协同服务,建立制造产业集群产业链的协同创新体系,为集群的协同发展和信息交流提供支撑。对制造产业集群协同服务系统应用的组件技术、分布式对象技术进行了研究,制定了协同服务系统运行管理办法和应急管理措施;在此基础上对安徽省合肥市、蚌埠市、山东省潍坊市等制造产业集群企业进行了需求调研,针对集群内企业的个性化需求情况,开展了系统的推广应用工作。课题组主要通过培训、讲座、实地推广、电话邮件、超链接等形式面向制造产业集群企业进行了推广,推广企业涉及汽车、电气、机械制造、五金加工、电子元器件、仪器仪表、电器制造、玻璃机械等领域。目前平台注册企业用户10 000多家,平台累计访问量超过400多万人次,每天访问量约1万人次。采集18 000多家制造企业信息,经整理平台现收录13 620家。在平台发布技术需求、技术转移、成果发布、设备协作、委托加工、资源共享6类协作信息,共计3 000余条。平台在制造产业集群的推广应用,满足了企业的协同作业和资源优化调度需求,发挥了企业的优势,实现了企业间信息的共享,提升了集群内企业的核心竞争力。制造产业集群协同服务系统应用研究主要包括:制造产业集群协同服务系统应用中的组件技术研究和分布式对象技术研究;协同服务系统运行应急措施研究;协同服务系统运行管理办法研究。
This task aims to research the application of manufacturing coordination service platform based on GIS, select manufacture industry cluster to promote, provide coordination service for companies in cluster, establish collaborative innovation system of manufacturing industry chain cluster, and provide support for collaborative development and information exchange of cluster. The task researches component technology and distributed object technology of the system applications, on this basis,researches the needs of manufacturing industry cluster business,including Hefei、Bengbu、Weifang,against the individual needs of enterprises in the cluster,carries out the promotion and application of the system. The research group promotes for manufacturing enterprises in industrial clusters mainly by training, seminars, site promotion, mail, and telephone links and so on. Promotion of enterprises relate to the field of automotive, electrical, mechanical manufacturing, metal processing, electronics, instrumentation, electrical appliances, glass machinery etc., At present, more than 10,000 users registered enterprise platform. Platform for a total volume of is more than about 4,000,000 people visit and about 10,000 people visit daily amount. Platform has collected more than 18,000 manufacturing companies' information, after integration, now records 13,620. The platform releases six kinds of information, more than 3,000 articles, including technology needs, technology transfer, the results publish, equipment cooperative, subcontracting, resource sharing. Research content: 1. Application research on manufacturing industry cluster collaborative service system. 2. Spread application of manufacturing industry cluster collaborative service system.(1)Requirements Analysis Research and analyze enterprises status, service needs, the level of information technology needs in the application industrial clusters, and determine the status of the application needs of industrial clusters.(2)Solutions.(3)Test Application Test various functions of manufacturing industry cluster collaborative service systems, and train business-related personnel.(4)System Maintenance Maintain collaboration services system in order to ensure the normal operation of the system, and solve problems in system operation.
