海峡两岸知识产权分析评议机制比较研究

Mechanisms of Intellectual Property Analysis and Appraisal in China's Mainland and Taiwan: a Comparative Study

[目的/意义]知识产权分析评议是经济科技活动中了解发展态势、防范潜在风险、建立竞争优势的重要途径与方法。[方法/过程]从概念含义、应用领域、实施主体、组织模式、分析方法、评议内容和作业流程等7个方面对海峡两岸的知识产权分析评议机制进行逐一比对。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,台湾地区知识产权分析评议在基础条件、应用推广、组织模式、流程规范等方面具有先进性,可供借鉴。最后,针对大陆知识产权分析评议机制的薄弱环节提出了改进建议。

[Purpose/Significance] Intellectual property analysis and appraisal is an important approach to understand development trends, prevent latent risks and develop competitive advantages. [ Method/Process] The authors made a comparative analysis on the mechanism of intellectual property analysis and appraisal between China's Mainland and Taiwan, from the perspectives of definition, application area, pur-pose, executive subject, organization pattern, the methods and operation procedure. [Result/Conclusion] The results show that intellectu-al property analysis and appraisal in China's Mainland needs further improvement and supplement, while in Taiwan it is in actual operation phase, and has noticeable merits on basic conditions, application promotion, organization pattern and process standard. Finally, some im-provement suggestions are proposed against the weak links of intellectual property analysis and appraisal in China's Mainland.
