三维超声C平面成像诊断先天性子宫畸形及其分型的临床价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究探讨三维超声C平面成像诊断先天性子宫畸形与分型的临床应用价值.方法 将本院2014年2月至2015年2月接诊的疑似为子宫畸形患者76例为研究对象.所有患者均采用三维超声C平面成像诊断,同时比较二维超声、三维超声C平面与腹腔镜和宫腔镜的诊断结果.结果 对比结果发现,三维超声诊断结果与宫腔镜和腹腔镜的诊断结果完全相同,符合率达到100.0%.但是二维超声诊断符合率仅仅只有65.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据三维超声C平面诊断分型就可以了解到,最为常见的先天性畸形子宫为弓形子宫、不全中膈子宫以及完全中膈子宫.结论 在诊断先天性畸形子宫的过程中,三维超声C平面具有较高的应用价值,诊断结果基本与宫腔镜和腹腔镜一致,相对比二维超声诊断结果更准确. Objective To study the clinical application value of three-dimensional ultrasound C planar imaging in the diagnosis of congenital uterine malformation and its classification.Methods 76 patients suspected as uterine malformation in our hospital in February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the research object.All patients underwent three-dimensional ultrasound C planar imaging diagnosis,diagnostic results of twodimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in C plane were compared with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.Results 3D ultrasound diagnosis results were exactly as same as hysteroscopy and laparoscopy results,the coincidence rate reached to 100%.The coincidence rate of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was 65.6%,with statistically significant difference (P〈0.05).The classification of three dimensional ultrasound C plane diagnosis showed that the most common congenital uterine malformation were arcuate uterus,incomplete uterus septum,and complete uterus septum.Conclusion In the diagnosis process of congenital uterine malformation,3D ultrasound C plane has a high application value,diagnostic results are basically consistent with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy,more accurate than two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis results.
