泻白散联合西药治疗肺热阴虚型感染后咳嗽的临床研究

Clinical study of Xiebai powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of lung heat and Yin deficiency type post-infections cough

目的 观察泻白散联合西药治疗肺热阴虚型感染后咳嗽的临床效果.方法 将82例肺热阴虚型感染后咳嗽患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各41例,观察两组患者治疗前后咳嗽症状积分及不良反应等指标,评价其治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.68％,对照组总有效率为73.17％,治疗组与对照组疗效进行比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组治疗后咳嗽积分较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05）;两组间治疗后积分比较,治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 泻白散联合西药治疗肺热阴虚型感染后咳嗽疗效显著.

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of Xiebai powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of lung heat and Yin deficiency type post-infections cough （PIC）.Methods 82 patients with lung heat and Yin deficiency type PIC were randomly divided into control group （41 patients） and treatment group （41 patients）,and the cough symptoms score and adverse effect for these two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.68%,the total effective rate of control group was 73.17%,with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,cough symptoms score in both two groups significantly improved,cough symptoms score in treatment group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiebai powder combined with western medicine has significant curative effect in the treatment of lung heat and Yin deficiency type PIC.
