Clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with acute heart failure

目的 探讨临床护理路径对急性心力衰竭患者的护理效果.方法 运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例急性心力衰竭患者,依据护理方法将患者分为研究组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）.给予对照组患者常规护理,给予研究组患者临床护理路径护理,然后对两组患者的健康教育达标情况、护理满意度、住院时间及住院费用、再入院、＞2次再入院及病死情况进行统计分析.结果 和对照组比较,研究组患者的健康教育达标率和护理满意度均显著较高（P＜0.05）,住院时间显著较短（P＜0.05）,住院费用显著较低（P＜0.05）,再入院率、＞2次再入院率及病死率均显著较低（P＜0.05）.结论 临床护理路径对急性心力衰竭患者的护理效果较好.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with acute heart failure.Methods 80 patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method,and divided into study group （n=40） and control group （n=40）according to nursing methods.Control group was given routine care,while study group was given clinical nursing path.Then health education reaching the standard condition,the nursing satisfaction,the length of stay and hospital cost,readmission,〉2 times readmission,and mortality situation of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The rate of health education reaching the standard and nursing satisfaction of study group were significantly higher （P〈0.05）,the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter （P〈0.05）,the hospital cost was significantly lower （P〈0.05）,the readmission rate,〉2 times readmission rate and mortality rate were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing path has good clinical effect in patients with acute heart failure.
