随访干预对舌癌术后患者遵医行为及发音的影响

Influence of follow-up intervention on medical compliance behavior and pronunciation in patients after surgery for tongue cancer

目的 探讨随访干预对舌癌术后患者遵医行为及发音的影响,寻求有效提高患者术后舌功能训练的积极性、改善发音效果、治疗效果及生活质量的护理办法.方法 将未开展随访模式的2012年1月至2013年12月的33例舌癌术后出院患者设为对照组,启用了随访模式的2014年1月至2015年12月33例同类患者设为观察组.分别采用自制的遵医行为水平量表和汉语语音清晰度测试表对两组患者进行遵医行为和语言清晰度测评,并评价效果.结果 观察组遵医行为总分和语言清晰度得分分别为（65.48±4.04）分、（89.88±5.09）分,明显高于对照组的（47.94±4.17）分、（68.64±7.18）分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 随访干预可有效提高舌癌术后患者遵医行为,提高术后舌功能训练的积极性,改善发音效果.

Objective To explore the influence of follow-up intervention on medical compliance behavior and pronunciation in patients after surgery for tongue cancer and to seek an nursing methods for increasing the patients enthusiasm in tongue function training and improving pronunciation,treatment effect,and life quality after surgery.Methods 33 postoperative patients with tongue cancer had not been followed up after discharging from January,2012 to December,2013 were set as a control group and 33 had been followed up from January,2014 to Dcember,2015 an observation group.Medical behavior scale and Chinese speech intelligibility test table were used to evaluate both groups.The effects were evaluated.Results The medical behavior score and language articulation score were （65.48±4.04） and （89.88±5.09） in the observation group and were （47.94±4.17）and （68.64±7.18） in the control group,with statistical differences（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions Follow-up intervention can effectively improve medical compliance behavior and pronunciation and increase the enthusiasm of tongue function training in patients with tongue cancer after surgery.
