实施护理干预对肝癌介入患者术后生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on postoperative life quality of patients with fiver cancer taking interventional therapy

目的 探讨综合护理干预对肝癌介入患者术后生活质量的影响效果.方法 将本院2013年1月至2014年12月入院的130例肝癌并行介入治疗患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者则加施综合护理,比较两组患者术后并发症、生活质量与睡眠情况.结果 实验组患者总体术后并发症发生率（18.46％）显著性低于对照组（47.69％）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;实验组患者干预后躯体功能为（58.26±8.35）、心理功能为（77.67±8.77）、社会功能为（75.34±8.07）、生活质量总分为（76.36±9.55）,均显著高于对照组的（52.15±8.20）、（70.07±8.31）、（68.33±8.27）、（70.02±9.16）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;实验组患者干预后睡眠效率为（1.16±0.50）、睡眠时间为（1.22±0.62）、睡眠质量为（1.85±0.83）、总分为（10.48±2.37）,均显著高于对照组的（0.79±0.58）、（0.89±0.46）、（1.47±0.77）、（7.94±1.75）,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 综合护理干预对肝癌介入患者术后生活质量的影响效果显著,具有借鉴性.

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the postoperative life quality of patients with liver cancer taking interventional therapy.Methods 130 patients with liver cancer taking interventional therapy and hospitalized into our hospital from January,2013 to December,2014 were collected and randomly divided into control group and an experimental group.The control group received routine nursing care and the experimental group comprehensive nursing care.The postoperative complications,life quality,and sleep quality were compared between these two groups.Results The overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group （18.46% vs.47.69%）,with a statistical difference （P〈0.01）.The post-interventional physical function （58.26±8.35）,mental function（77.67±8.77）,social function （75.34±8.07）,the total life quality scores （76.36±9.55） of the experimental group were significantly higher than those [（52.15±8.20）,（70.07±8.31）,（68.33±8.27）,and （70.02±9.16）] of the control group,with statistical differences （P〈0.01）.The post-interventional sleep efficiency （1.16±0.50）,sleep time （1.22±0.62）,sleep quality （1.85±0.83） and the total scores （10.48±2.37） of the experimental group were significantly higher than those [（0.79±0.58）,（0.89±0.46）,（1.47±0.77）,and （7.94±1.75）] of the control group,with statistical differences （P〈0.01）.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on the postoperative life quality of patients with liver cancer taking interventional therapy.It is of reference in clinical practice.
