流产后关爱护理在计划生育门诊人流术中的应用

目的 探讨院内PAC专科护士在规范化流产后关爱服务的工作成效.方法 选取2016年1月至4月在本中心接受人工流产手术的怀孕女性300例为研究对象,按照随机数的大小将其分为研究组和对照组,每组150例.对照组采用常规流产服务流程,观察组采用规范化PAC流程,观察比较护理效果.结果 观察组避孕知识知晓率（82.7％）、正确避孕率（86.0％）、坚持避孕率（87.3％）均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组服务满意度（95.3％）高于对照组（67.3％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 院内PAC专科护士在规范化流产后关爱服务具有较好的护理效果,可以提高避孕相关知识的掌握程度,降低重复流产率,提高患者满意度,值得应用.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hospital PAC special nurse after normalization abortion care services.Methods 300 pregnant women undertaking abortion at our center from January to April,2016 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,150 for each group.Routine abortion service process was carried out in the control group and normalized PAC process in the study group.The nursing effects were compared between these two groups.Results The command rate of contraceptive knowledge,the rate of correct contraception,and the rate of keeping contraception were 82.7%,86.0%,and 87.3% in the study group,which were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences （P〈0.05）.The service satisfaction degree was higher in the study group than in the control group （95.3% vs.67.3%）,with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PAC special hospital nurse after normalization abortion care services has good care effect,can improve the command of knowledge related to contraception,reduce repeat abortion rate,and improve patient satisfaction,so it is worth for application.
