摘要
为解决铧厂沟金矿中厚矿体在开采过程中存在的暴露空间大,工人作业不安全,采矿损失率大、矿石贫化率高,且生产效率低等问题,开展了分段凿岩阶段出矿中深孔爆破空场采矿法试验研究,空场采矿法开采会存在大量的采空区,采空区塌陷破坏巨大,因此有必要对其实际开采过程进行数值模拟分析,并根据数值模拟分析结果对采空区进行有效的治理。在处理空区的过程中,既要考虑达到空区处理的目的,又要采用经济合理的方式,以期取得良好的空区治理效果。
To solve the problems like large exposure space, insecure operation conditions of miners, large ore loss rate and dilution rate, and poor production efficiency in the mining process of medium-thick orebody of Huachanggou Gold Mine, the paper carried out experimental reseach on a sublevel drilling-staged ore removal-medium-long hole blasting mining method. Open stope method will lead to large mined-out area, the collapse of which is destructive. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out numerical simulation on actual mining development and based on that the mined- out area could be effectively treated. In the process of mined-out area treatment, economical and reasonable means should be considered as well as the goal of treating mined-out area in hope of a good mined-out area treatment effect.
