PVBT治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的疗效及安全性评价

Evaluation of efficacy and safety of GreenLight laser photoselective vaporization of bladder tumor for treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder tumor

目的:系统评价绿激光选择性膀胱肿瘤汽化术(PVBT)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤(NMIBC)的疗效及安全性。方法:检索国内外发表的PVBT与TURBT两种术式治疗NMIBC的临床对照试验,应用meta分析评价PVBT的疗效及安全性。结果:PVBT组与TURBT组在肿瘤复发率、住院时间、尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间、手术出血量、手术并发症的差异均有统计学意义。结论:对于NMIBC的治疗,PVBT术的疗效及安全性均优于传统的TURBT术。

Objective：To systematically review and evaluate the outcomes of GreenLight laser photoselective vaporization of bladder tumor（PVBT）for treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer（NMIBC）.Method：We retrieved clinical trials comparing between GreenLight laser PVBT and transurethral resection of bladder tumour（TURBT）.Then we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate efficacy and safety of PVBT.Result：There existed significant difference in tumor recurrence rates,length of hospital stay,indwelling catheter time,bladder irrigation time,blood loss and complications between PVBT group and TURBT group.Conclusion：For the treatment of NMIBC,PVBT is superior to conventional TURBT in efficacy and safety.
