OSCC患者瘦素水平测定及其临床意义的研究

The levels of salivary and serum leptin in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and their potential clinical significance

摘要 目的:评价口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)病人唾液和血液中的瘦素的水平变化及其临床意义。方法:对40例非口腔鳞状细胞癌患者(非OSCC组)和50例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者(OSCC组),唾液和血液中的瘦素水平通过酶联免疫吸附实验测定。结果:OSCC组唾液和血液中瘦素水平明显下降,与非OSCC组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且唾液和血液中瘦素水平和病人的体重分布,病理分级,TNM分期具有显著的相关性。同时,唾液和血液中的瘦素水平在OSCC组和非OSCC组之间有较高的相关性。结论:唾液和血液中瘦素的水平可能参与OSCC的病理进程,可能是检测OSCC病理进程,提示预后的有效标志物。 Objective:The purposes of the present study are to assess the expression levels of leptin in serum and salivary in patients with squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Method:Enrolled participants in this study included 50 patients with OSCC and 40 healthy volunteers. Serum and salivary leptin levels were measured via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method. Result:A significant down-regulation of leptin in salivary and serum in OSCC was found when compared with control subjects. Moreover, a significant correlation was shown between serum and salivary leptin levels, body mass index and various histopathological and TNM(tumour nodes metastasis) staging variants of OSCC. In addition, a highly significant correlation was shown between salivary and serum leptin levels in both groups.Conclusion:The results of this study demonstrate a potential mechanism of salivary and serum leptin levels in OSCC. Serum and salivary leptin may play a key role in OSCC.
