湿式静电除尘器电场特性及极配优化数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 电极配置会影响湿式静电除尘器污染物脱除效率,对此,采用有限元法对湿式静电除尘器不同电极配置的空间电场进行数值模拟,分析了放电极针形、同极间距和供电电压对电晕区和收尘极附近电场特性和污染物脱除效率的影响。结果表明:放电极针形的顶部越平滑,收尘区的平均电场强度越大,且电场强度相对标准偏差越小,越有利于增强湿式静电除尘器对污染物的脱除效果,放电极最佳针形为平头;考虑运行电耗,放电极同极间距在340~380mm,供电电压为45~55kV时,湿式静电除尘器对污染物的脱除效果最佳。 Electrode configuration has a certain influence on pollutants removal efficiency of the wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP).This paper applies the finite element method to study the electric field with different electrode configurations.The effects of discharge electrode form,electrode distance and supply voltage on the electric field characteristics in the corona area and near the collecting plate and that on the pollutants removal efficiency of the WESP were investigated.The results show that,the average electric field strength in the dust collecting area is greater and the relative standard deviation is smaller when the top of the discharge electrode needle is more smooth,which could improve the pollutants removal efficiency of the WESP.Flat top is the best type for discharge electrode needle.It is suggested that the electrode distance be from 340 mm to 380 mm and the supply voltage be from 45 kV to 55 kV.Under these conditions,the pollutants removal efficiency of the WESP is the highest.
