摘要 为实时分析次同步振荡状态下轴系的扭振疲劳寿命损耗,准确评估轴系的安全性,本文分析了轴系扭振应力与机端扭角之间的关系,针对模态扭角提取过程中相位偏差、边界效应等问题,提出了一种利用零相位带通滤波-"移动窗"-模态叠加的方法计算扭振危险截面的应力历程,进而对轴系的扭振疲劳寿命损耗进行分析。结果表明:该方法在保证分析精度的同时,也可保证分析的实时性,适用于汽轮发电机组轴系扭振的在线监测、分析和系统保护。 In order to analyze the torsional fatigue life loss of the shaft system in real-time during sub-synchronous oscillation and accurately assess the safety of the shaft system,the relationship between the torsional vibration stress and the torsional angle of the shaft was investigated.Moreover,against the phase deviation,boundary effect and other problems occurred during the torsional angle extraction,a new analysis method was put forward,which uses zero-phase band-pass filter- " moving window"-modal superposition method to calculate the stress history of torsional vibration in dangerous section,and then analyzes the shafting torsional fatigue life loss.The results show that,this method can ensure both the analysis accuracy and the real-time tendency,it can be applied in online monitoring,investigation and system protection of the torsional vibration of shafting system in the steam turbines.
