论述了开发海外铝土矿资源发展循环经济产业链的必要性,给出了以废弃物的循环利用和高附加值产品的开发为重点的产业链网设计方案,并对方案中涉及的钢材、水泥、建材及金属镓的加工生产工艺进行了比选,为氧化铝工业的循环经济建设提供了参考。

In this paper the necessity of development circular economy industry chain of exploitation overseas bauxite is discussed, and the industry chain design scheme with the emphasis on waste recycling and development of high value - added products is given, then production processes involved in steel, cement, building material and gallium are compared and selected, which can give the reference for alumina industry circular economy construction.
