摘要
使用不同前角度的YG刀具对7050铝合金进行切削试验。试验结果表明:随着刀具前角的不断增大,三向切削力呈现较大幅度的减小趋势,切削表面质量也相应提高,但当前角增大到15°时,切削表面质量变差。究其原因在于,随着刀具前角的不断增大,刀尖锋刃程度增强,致使切削力减小,但是前角超过15°后,容易产生积屑瘤,致使切削表面质量变差。
In this paper cutting tests is implemented with different rake angle YG cutting tool for 7050 aluminum alloy. The results show that the value of cutting farce reduces and surface quality improves with the increasing of rake angle of cutting tool. When the rake angle increases to 15° the cutting surface quality go to bad, the reason is that the edge of cutting tool becomes sharp, the cutting force is reduced. When the rake angle is more than 15° , built - up edge is formed easily.
