随2015年国家"一带一路"政策的出台,中国装备走出去已成为了制造业关注的热点话题。而作为橡机行业主要下游企业的国内轮胎企业,受到国内产能过剩和国外"双反"抵制的双重困境已长期处于下滑阶段,在此背景下,国内橡机设备"走出去"就显得格外重要与必要。
With the ＂the belt and road ＂ introduced, China＇s equipment going out has become the hot topic of manufacturing industry. As the main rubber machinery industry downstream enterprises, china tire enterprises are in long-term decline stage because of domestic and abroad predicament. Under this background, ＂Going out＂ of China＇s rubber equipment is especially important and necessary.
