摘要
主要对一种垂直翻转式卸胎机构的工作原理和机械结构进行了介绍分析,此翻转式卸胎机构通过平移机构在其底座上的移动和翻转机构使其垂直地面向上翻转90°,满足了轮胎胎坯从竖直位置翻转至水平位置的功能要求,为后续轮胎的自动抓取,及自动化物流仓储做好了技术准备。此卸胎机构结构简单,自动化程度高,减轻了劳动强度,能提高工作效率。
This paper analyzed working principle and mechanical structure for vertical turning tire unloader mechanism. This tire unloader mechanism has simple structure, high degree of automation,and could reduce the labor intensity and improve the work effi ciency.
