摘要
着重对GK型密炼机油缸直接液压轴端密封结构进行分析,对比外压轴端机械密封,显示了液压密封柔性特点。介绍了密封轴端压力的计算方法,并对液压密封关键件——静耐磨环做了应力分析。
GK mixer hydraulic cylinder direct seal structure was analyzed emphatically and compared with outside end of mechanical seal, showing the characteristic of hydraulic seal fl exible. Introduced the pressure calculation method of shaft end sealing, and did stress analysison hydraulic seal key module- static wear ring.
