摘要
通过选择使用高模量低收缩聚酯钢化棕丝线绳作为V带骨架强力层材料来提升V带性能:在V带底胶胶料中采用能改善底胶耐热性能和模量稳定性能的助硫化体系与高模量聚酯钢化棕丝性能相匹配;添加抗疲劳剂和抗撕裂树脂的耐疲劳体系提高V带的抗疲劳和抗断裂性能;添加动态黏合体系增加聚酯钢化棕丝线绳在V带使用过程中的动态黏合性能;采用在V带浸布胶中添加耐磨剂提高V带耐磨性能等措施提升和体现使用高模量低收缩聚酯钢化棕丝骨架材料的技术优异性能;在V带生产过程中加强工艺管理控制保证V带质量稳定性能,体现应用聚酯钢化棕丝的技术优势。
By using high modulus and low shrinkage polyester rigid palm fi ber as the V-belt frame strength layer material to improve the performance of V-belt: using vulcanization system which can improve glue heat resistance and the stability of the modulus in bottom sizing matching with the performance of high modulus polyester rigid palm fi ber; added the anti-fatigue agent and tensile fatigue resistance of anti-fatigue system to improve the anti-fatigue and fracture resistance performance of V-belt; added dynamic bonding system to increase dynamic bonding performance of polyester rigid palm fi ber in the process of using V-belt; added Wear-resisting agent in the V-belt to promote and refl ect the excellent technical performanceuse with high modulus and low shrinkage polyester rigid palm fi ber frame material; strengthen the process management control to ensure the quality of the V-belt stable performance in the process of V-belt production, and embodied technology advantage in the application of polyester rigid palm fi ber.
