摘要
为实现含油污泥的资源化利用,进行含油污泥磺化改性,制备封堵防塌剂。采用正交及单因素试验,对含油污泥的磺化改性条件进行优化,结果表明,当反应条件为:磺化比0.7∶1、反应温度30℃、反应时间2.0 h、改性沥青种类为沥青S时,所得磺化产物YN-A的高温高压(120℃,3.5 MPa)滤失量为40 m L。以线性膨胀降低率为指标,得到产品YN-B的复配配方为:80%YN-A+5%降滤失剂A+5%降滤失剂B+10%复合沥青粉。性能评价结果表明,在4%膨润土基浆中加入3%YN-B,其线性膨胀降低率高达56%,老化后60~80目砂床浸入深度为48 mm,具有良好的抑制和封堵性能。
To realize the reutilization of oily sludge,oily sludge was modified through sulfonation to prepare plugging and anti-collapse agent. The conditions at which oily sludge is modified by sulfonation were optimized through orthogonal test and single factor experiment,and the reaction conditions were identified as follows:sulfonation ratio: 0. 7 : 1,reaction temperature: 30 ℃,reaction time: 2. 0 h,modified asphalt: Category S asphalt. The filter loss of Sulfonated Product YN-A produced was 40 m L at the temperature of 120 ℃ and the pressure of 3. 5 MPa. With linear expansion reduction rate as the evaluation criterion,the preparation formulation of Product YN-B was identified through optimization as follows: 80% YN-A + 5% filtrate reducer A + 5% filtrate reducer B + 10% composite asphalt powder. The results of performance evaluation have shown that the linear expansion reduction rate of the base mud containing 4% bentonite can be as high as 56% after3% YN-B is added to it,and the 60-80 mesh sand bed penetration depth of this base mud is 48 mm after it is aged,showing that it has good inhibition and plugging performance.
