Optimization of Self-Generating Nitrogen System and Evaluation on Its Flooding Performance

摘要 选用N2自生体系作为研究对象,通过室内静态实验,考察了体系中反应物Na NO2与NH4Cl物质的量比、反应物Na NO2浓度、反应温度及催化剂用量对自生气体系产气量的影响,确定了可产生大量气体的反应条件。通过动态驱替实验考察该自生气体系驱油效果,与水驱油实验对比,该体系在水驱至含水率60%后,转注0.5 PV自生气体系,采收率在水驱42%基础上提高了约10%。 Self-generating nitrogen system was studied. The effects of the molar ratio of two reactants,i. e.Na NO_2 and NH_4Cl,the concentration of reactant NaNO_2,the reaction temperature,and the amount of catalyst on the self-generating nitrogen system were investigated,and the reaction conditions were identified by means of laboratory static experiment. The oil flooding effect of this self-generating nitrogen system was studied by dynamic displacement experiment,and the results of study have shown that this self-generating nitrogen system can generate a large amount of nitrogen at the optimum reaction conditions and that compared to the results of water oil flooding experiment the recovery efficiency can be increased by about 10% from the recovery efficiency of 42% when water flooding is adopted after 0. 5 PV of this self-generating nitrogen is added to the water flooding system at the time when the water percentage is 60%.
