摘要 总结了在油气田开发中硫酸钡的结垢机理及其影响因素;介绍了化学、物理和工艺技术对硫酸钡垢的防治。重点综述了高性能阻垢剂的研制和改变宏观和微观形态的阻垢剂的特殊性能,论述了超声波和纳滤膜技术防硫酸钡垢的机理和应用,对硫酸钡防垢技术的发展作了展望。 The mechanism of barium sulfate caused fouling and the factors affecting the fouling in oil and gas field are summarized,the prevention and control of barium sulfate scale with chemical,physical and technological methods are introduced with the emphasis on the introduction of the development of high performance scale inhibitor and the special properties of the scale inhibitor of which the macroscopic and microscopic shapes are changed,the mechanism of ultrasonic and nanofiltration membrane technologies in preventing barium sulfate scale and the application of these technologies are discussed,and the future development of barium sulfate fouling prevention technologies is also discussed.
