治理农村黑恶势力的对策探析

近些年,农村的经济发展迅速,农村的面貌焕然一新,取得了许多可喜的成绩,但是一些农村仍存在着黑恶势力,他们简单粗暴的处事方式严重威胁和损害农民的人身安全与财产安全,严重阻碍和危害了农村的民主与法治建设。农村黑恶势力是一种社会弊病,由于农村蕴藏着巨大的经济利益及国家对农村的管控相对滞后等多种原因促使其产生,所以不可能单纯的依靠某一措施去治理,我们应当建立一整套持续性、常规化的对策,如加强对农村经济财产的监管和完善农村的相关法律制度等,用来压缩农村黑恶势力获得利益的空间,削弱黑恶势力的实力,并最终铲除农村黑恶势力产生、发展的"土壤"。

In recent years, rapid economic development in rural areas brings a brand new look,achieving impressive performance results. However, some evil force still exists in rural areas, which takes simple but crude ways of treating others, are a serious threat and damage to people＇s personal safety and property security,being seriously obstacles and harms to the democracy and the rule of law construction. Rural evil force is a kind of social illness due to many causes, it is because of many reason like the huge economic interests and feeble controlby country. So it is impossible to simply rely on certain measures to solve it. Hence, it is high time that we should establish a set of continuous, routine measures to compress the interests space of rural evil force,such as strengthening the supervise to estates in rural areas and inproving the rule of law, weaken its strength,and eventually eradicate its＂ soil＂ to produce and develop.
