越狱案件中的警察-罪犯微观互动空间安全问题研究

警察-罪犯微观互动空间,是警察-罪犯进行互动所形成的空间,视野、距离、相对位置是警察-罪犯微观互动空间中的关键要素。对近十几年来涉及警察伤亡的越狱案件的研究表明,罪犯发动袭击往往是在警察视野外,警察伤亡往往是因为跟罪犯的距离过近、相对位置错误。警察-罪犯微观互动空间的安全对策包括:变换警察-罪犯微观互动空间背景,采用安全的警察-罪犯微观空间互动模式,增强警察-罪犯距离管理、相对位置防范意识,完善警察-罪犯微观互动空间行为规范、制度,加强警察在警察-罪犯微观互动空间管控力。监狱人民警察在工作中,对空间安全问题应保持足够的敏感和警惕,在监狱警察-罪犯微观互动空间中,警察要处于有利位置,做微观互动空间的掌控者和主导者。
