广州市海珠区2015年工地伊蚊孳生情况分析 被引量:6

Investigation on status of Aedes breeding in construction sites in Haizhu District of Guangzhou City in 2015

摘要 目的了解不同类型工地伊蚊孳生地的分布特点及其影响因素,为制定工地登革热媒介控制措施和策略提供科学依据。方法 2015年随机抽取12条街道,进行工地伊蚊密度横断面调查,计算容器指数(Container Index,CI),并评价蚊媒风险。结果海珠区共调查88个工地,平均容器指数M(P25,P75)为15(0,40),城乡结合地区显著高于城区(Z=40.06,P<0.001);闲置工地平均容器指数最高,小型工地则最低,大中型、小型和闲置工地间有显著性差异(Z=12.38,P=0.002);此外,蚊媒风险评估,工地达标率仅36.36%。结论海珠区工地伊蚊媒介密度较高,存在登革热爆发风险,因此,必须加强工地蚊媒控制,坚持卫生环境、清除孳生地和定期灭蚊等有效措施,才能有效防控登革热疫情。 Objective To understand the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Aedes(a vector of denguefever) breeding of different construction sites, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the prevention and control measuresand strategies of dengue fever. Methods A total of 12 streets in Haizhu District were selected to carry out a cross sectionalsurvey of Aedes density in 2015. The container index(CI) was calculated and the risk level of mosquito vector was evaluated.Results Totally 88 construction sites were investigated and the average CI M(P25,P75)was 15(0,40)The CI was higher insuburb areas than urban areas, there was a significant difference between them(Z=40.06, P0.001). The average CI was thehighest in the idle sites, and the average CI was smallest in the self-building sites, and there was significant difference amongthe three types of construction sites(idle, large and medium-sized, and small self-building sites)(Z=12.38, P =0.002). TheAedes vector density compliance rate of the construction sites was only 36.36%. Conclusion The Aedes density ofconstruction sites is higher in Haizhu District, and there is a high risk of dengue fever outbreak. Therefore, we shouldstrengthen the mosquito vector control including keeping environment cleaning, eliminating mosquito breeding places,regularly using insecticide, and so on.
