摘要
为解决医院停车难问题,提出与毗邻居住区共享停车的策略。首先从二者的停车泊位需求特性、空间位置关系、居住区类型及停车泊位互容性等几个方面研究实现共享停车的基本条件。然后,基于我国居住区泊位所属权限的复杂性,重点分析了共享难度最大的私家车位共享问题。分析了实施共享停车的措施,提出需进一步开发共享停车APP系统和基于云平台的共享停车位汇聚平台系统等。
The strategies of shared with adjacent residential parking lots were put forward in order to solve the problem of hospital parking. Firstly, the basic conditions to realize shared parking were studied from several aspects such as the characteristics of the parking demand, spatial location relationship, residential areas types and the characteristics of each parking to accommodate each other. Then, based on the complexity of the authority belongs to our residential areas, the private parking spaces are emphatically analyzed. The paper also analyzed the implementation of shared parking measures, proposed the need to further develop a shared parking APP system and a parking space shared platform system based on cloud platform.
