摘要
本研究调查了在微型环状反应器内使用Ca O催化剂涂层制备生物柴油的方法。实验使用厨余废油和甲醇为原料进行酯交换反应,Ca O负载γ-Al_2O_3非均相催化剂涂层以Fe-Cr-Al合金为载体。实验以醇油摩尔比1∶72对120~200℃的微型环状反应器温度范围和停留时间进行了实验。实验结果表明,当停留时间为2 h反应温度为180℃时得到最佳产率20%。
This research investigated the production of biodiesel in micro-circularity reactor using CaO catalyst coating. The experiments used waste cooking oil and methanol as raw material for the transesterification, and CaO load onγ-Al2O3 heterogeneous catalyst was put on Fe-Cr-AI alloy. The experiments were carried out in micro- circularity reactor at the reaction temperature in the range of 120℃ to 200℃, with an oil to methanol molar ratio of 1:72 and different resident time. Result showed that the best biodiesel production yield was 20 % when the resident time was 2 h and the reaction temperature was 180 ℃.
