摘要 概述了Origin Pro9.0软件的基本功能及主要特征。以Li Fe PO_4为例,详述了采用Origin Pro9.0软件绘制锂离子电池正极材料XRD图谱的基本过程。使用Origin Pro9.0绘制XRD图谱,过程简单,无需复杂的编程,曲线光滑,图形可供多种图文处理软件共享,适用性强,为锂离子电池材料研究工作者分析XRD数据提供了较好的参考。 The primary function and main specialty of OriginPro9.0 software are summarized. According to the example of LiFePO4, the process of XRD patterns drawing of cathode material for lithium-ion batteries is described detailedly. When used in drawing of XRD patterns drawing, OriginPro9.0 has great function in charting and dealing with XRD experimental data, which is more direct and effective than the usual method. The results indicated that these steps are reliable and accurate, and can be applied to related data processing.
