摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定脂肪乳注射液中硅元素的方法。采用硝酸微波消解处理样品,在八极杆碰撞池为HEHe模式的ICP-MS条件下测定,硅(Si)在0.1~5 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.055 mg/L、定量限为1.25 mg/L,在三个加标浓度水平,硅(Si)元素的回收率为93.6%~115.6%。本方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,适用于脂肪乳注射液中硅元素的检测。 A new method was developed for analysis of silicon element in Fat Emulsion Injection. The samples were digested by nitric acid using microwave digestion technology and the solutions were detected using inductive coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) in HEHe mode. The linear range was 0.1~5 mg/L for silicon element. The limit of determination(LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) were 0.055 mg/L and 1.25 mg/L. The mean recoveries were 93.6 %~115.6 %。The method, proved to be simple, rapid, and sensitive, was suitable for the determination of silicon element in Fat Emulsion Injection.
