摘要
文章采用半仿生-回流提取技术,以不同p H的乙醇-水溶液作为提取溶剂,分别进行单因素筛选和正交实验的方法,考察了p H,溶液组成和回流时间对金线莲中黄酮提取量的影响,优化了金线莲中提取的工艺条件。结果表明,半仿生-回流技术提取金线莲中黄酮的最佳条件:对于0.5克金线莲,提取液为200 m L p H=4的50%乙醇溶液,回流时间为2.0 h,黄酮提取量达到30.21 mg/g。
The extraction of flavones from anoectochilus roxburghii (wall) lindl was studied by semi bionic-reflux methods. The effects ofpH, ethanol content in solvent, reflux's volume and reflux's time on extraction of flavones were optimized by Single factor screening and L:6(43) orthogonal design test, respectively. The results indicated that the extracting amount using pH=4 50 % ethanol solutions as a solvent are better than those by ethanol as a solvent. The optimum conditions for extracting flavones by semi bionic-reflux method are pH-4, solvent volume 200 mL (50 % ethanol solutions), reflux's time 2.5 h. Under the optimum conditions, the extracting amount flavones reach 30.21 mg in 1 g of anoectochilus roxburghii (wall.) Lindl.
