离子液体催化合成7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的研究

摘要 在无溶剂离子液体[(PS)_4HMT][HSO_4]_4催化剂下,以间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料合成了7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素。通过单一因素实验优化了反应条件,并考察了该离子液体的重复使用性能。结果表明当间苯二酚和乙酰乙酸乙酯物质的摩尔比为为1∶1,120℃下反应80 min,催化剂用量为间苯二酚摩尔量的1.5%时,产率可达75%。[(PS)_4HMT][HSO_4]_4催化剂重复使用5次,其催化活性下降不明显,为7-羟基-4-甲基香豆素的绿色合成提供了一种新方法。 Without solvent under [(PS)4HMT][HSO4]4 functionalized acidic ionic liquids as catalyst, 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin was synthesized from resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate. The optimal reaction conditions were found by the single factor experiment, and also study the effects of the ionic liquid catalyst reusability. Results show that when the molar ratio of resorcinol and ethyl acetoacetate material of 1 : 1, 120℃, reaction 80rain, amount of catalyst is 1.5 % of the molar amount of resorcinol yield up to 75 %. [(PS)4HMT][HSO414 catalyst was reused for 5 times, and its catalytic activity decreased no obviously, which provided a new method for green synthesis of 7-hydroxy-4-methyl coumarin.
