摘要 磷石膏是磷化工企业湿法制造磷酸过程中所产生的工业废渣,尤其是在化肥行业生产中磷石膏产量巨大,磷石膏主要呈现出灰白色或淡黄色,经烘干处理后通常显灰色,其90%以上颗粒径在200 um以下,且颗粒间极易出现团聚现象,表观密度为2.0~2.45 g/cm^3,堆积密度为1 g/cm^3,晶型主要为长柱状及六方状。由于磷石膏在生产工艺上的不同,杂质含量各不相同,二水石膏含量在60%~90%之间,由于水化不完全也会存在少量的半水石膏及无水石膏。目前,磷石膏的最主要用途是作为缓凝剂用在水泥生产中[1],但由于含有少量的游离酸导致磷石膏呈现出较强的酸性,如不对其进行科学处理,则无法用于水泥生产中。文章主要探讨处理后磷石膏不同p H对水泥性能的影响,以此为水泥生产企业提供相关借鉴。 Phosphorus gypsum is wet phosphorus chemical enterprises manufacturing process phosphoric acid produced by industrial waste. Especially in fertilizer industry in the production of phosphogypsum production, phosphogypsum mainly showing gray white or pale yellow, the drying processing usually significant gray, more than 90 % of its particles diameter below 200 um and inter particle easily appear agglomeration, apparent density 2.0~2.45 g/cm^3, bulk density 1 g/cm^3, crystal type mainly for long column shape and hexagonal. Because of the different production process, the impurity content is not the same, the content of two-water gypsum is between 60 %~90 %, and there is a small amount of semi water gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. At present, the main use of phosphogypsum is used as retarder in cement production[1], but due to the presence of a small amount of free acid resulted in phosphogypsum showing a strong acidity, if not the scientific treatment, cannot be used for cement production. The paper mainly deals with the effect of different PH value on the performance of cement, to provide reference for cement production enterprises.
