摘要
目的:建立心益好胶囊的质量标准。方法:进行三七、冰片的TLC鉴别;采用HPLC-ELSD法测定三七皂苷R1的含量,色谱柱为COSMOSIL 5C_(18)-PAQ Packed Column柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(24∶76),流速1.0 m L.min-1;检测器为蒸发光散射检测器,氮气压力3.5 bar,漂移管温度41℃。结果:薄层色谱法定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强,重复性良好。三七皂苷R1在0.2308~11.54μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.50%,RSD为2.06%。结论:该方法可有效提高心益好胶囊的质量标准。
AIM: To establish the quality standard of Xinyihao Capsule. METHODS: Panax notoginseng and Borneolum Syntheticum were identified by TLC qualitatively. The content of notnginsenside RI was determined by HPLC-ELSD. The notoginsenoside R1 in Xinyihao Tablets was separated on a COSMOS1L 5C18-PAQ Packed column(250 mm×4.6 ram,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(24 : 76) at the flow rate of I mL-min-kThe analytes were detected using ELSD. The drift tube temperature was 41 ~C,and gas press was 3.5 bar. RESULTS: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The responses of notoginsenside Rt was linear in the ranges of 0.2308-11.54 ug.The average recovery was 97.5 % with RSD 2.06 %. CONCLUSION: It can be used for improving the quality standard for Xinyihao Capsule.
