查阅国内外相关文献,总结归纳最新上市或者处于临床研究的治疗LUTS的药物情况。叙述相关药物的临床应用效果、药理作用机制、研发动态,分析治疗LUTS的药物发展方向。近年来,良性前列腺增生及下尿路症状的治疗目标不再局限于前列腺组织,一些主要针对膀胱组织的具有新作用机制的药物,也开始被用于男性LUTS的治疗。

The recently results indicated that treatment target of BPH and LUTS is no longer confined to the prostate tissue, many new mechanism drugs which make bladder tissue as a target are also used in the treatment of male LUTS.
