新环保法出台为环保工作提供了有利武器,也提出了更高要求,相关追责条款也给监测人员带来压力。环境监测是环保工作的重要基础和技术支撑,文章分析了新环保法与环境监测的相关条款,梳理了环境监测的任务和面临的问题,提出了环境监测需深入研究的领域和方向,并提出针对性措施和建议,从而促进环境监测工作,以更好地实现环境监测为环境管理服务的目标。

The New Environmental Law instituted in 2015, which gives Environmental Monitoring, has put forward higher requirements. According to the problems on Environmental monitoring, the paper proposed some corresponding measures and illustrated which provided reliable acceptance monitoring basis for environmental management and service.
