加氢裂化反应流出物空冷器管道设计探讨 被引量:2

摘要 文章介绍了加氢裂化装置炼制中东高硫原油时,反应流出物空冷器所遇到的各种腐蚀情况。从腐蚀机理、管道布置、管道选材、管道应力等方面进行了系统全面的论述。对选用Incoloy 825等贵重金属材料的管道,提出了管道方面具体可行的措施,有效地降低了工程投资。 The paper introduces the hydrocracking unit of refining high-sulphur crude oil from the Middle East, the reaction effluent air cooler corrosion conditions. From corrosion mechanism, pipe layout, pipe material, pipe stress and so on has carried on the system in this paper. To choose lncoloy 825 materials such as pipes, pipe in concrete measures are put forward, effectively reduce the engineering investment.
