英国新教师入职教育及其启示——基于《新教师入职教育指南》的释义 被引量:6

Teacher Induction in England and Its Implication——Interpreting Induction for Newly Qualified Teachers(England)

摘要 新教师入职指导是英国政府深化教育改革、优化教师素质的法定环节,其行动纲要则是2014年该国教育部颁布的《新教师入职教育指南》。2014年颁布的《新教师入职教育指南》表明,英国新教师入职教育的内涵与特征是法律支持、标准导航、多方参与,要求教师经历能力测试和严格考评。英国做法对我国新教师入职教育具有如下启示:首先,顶层设计国家级新教师入职培训制度;其次,强化规范性的新教师入职指导内容;再次,营造生态取向的新教师成长环境。 In England,teacher induction,which aims at deepening national education reform and improving school teachers' qualities,is a legal requirement from the government,and any induction arrangement must be based on the statutory guidance from the Department of Education. According toInduction for Newly Qualified Teachers (England): Statutory Guidance for Appropriate Bodies ,Headteachers ,School Staff and Governing Bodies renewed in 2014,we find that teacher induction in England is supported by the relevant laws and standards,needs full cooperation from different people and bodies,and requires new teachers to pass the numeracy test and be strictly assessed. Viewing from the experiences of the induction in England,we should plan national institution for new teacher training at top level, strengthen normative content for new teacher induction guidance,and construct ecology-oriented environment for the development of new teachers.
