摘要
综合比较常用脱酸气方法,确定选用MDEA/DEA混合胺脱酸气工艺。采用ASPEN HYSYS模拟软件,分析了胺液配比、气液比、再生温度和吸收压力等关键工艺参数对MDEA混合胺脱除酸气装置的影响。
By Comprehensive comparison of conventional acid gas removal method, the MDEA / DEA mixed a-mine acid gas removal process was used. ASPEN HYSYS simulation software was used to analyze the mixed amine ra-tio, gasliquid ratio, regeneration temperature and absorption pressure process parameters which affected the acid gas removal.
