社会环境视角下我国慈善事业发展中的二律背反及破解路径

On the antinomy in the Chinese philanthropy from the perspective of social environment

慈善事业作为社会公益事业,其形成与发展不是孤立的,而是植根于一定的社会环境。我国慈善事业所处的社会环境,一方面鼓励和提倡人们多行善举,另一方面却又在道德上、体制上限制着这种倡导的效应,体现了其对慈善事业发展的二律背反。破解矛盾,推动我国慈善事业健康发展的路径选择为:实现慈善文化由传统向现代的转化;构建政社分工合作的新型社会体制;完善市场运营机制与社会综合监督相结合的监管体系。

The philanthropy is a social cause of public welfare that is rooted in a social environment.On the one hand,it demands people to do good.And on the other hand,it restricts the effect of this advocacy in morality and systems.To resolve the contradiction and promote the development of the Chinese philanthropy,reforms should be carried on for the modernization.Meanwhile,a new social system,the cooperation of the government and society,should be well established.Moreover,the supervisory system should be improved with the combination of marketing mechanism and comprehensive social supervision.
