南亚地区毛主义在新世纪的崛起及其出现新的发展动向,背后有着理论动因,核心是对"在当代的革命中,坚持毛主义就是坚持马克思主义"的坚定信仰。"当代革命"的认知,源于马列毛主义、新民主主义革命理论的指导和对本国实际的分析。革命实际条件和发展阶段的差异,引发南亚地区毛主义关于"当代革命"思想和战略的分歧,并由此导致实践中不同的革命道路取向。而两种革命战略带给南亚地区毛主义革命的发展前景问题,只能由实践来回答。

The fact that the rise of Maoists in the 21 st century and the emergence of new developments in the South Asia is due to their belief that the Contemporary Revolution must be firmlyguided by Marxism- Leninism- Maoism,especially the New Democratic Revolution Theory. Furthermore,the revolution should be footed on the reality of the given nation. Due to the different revolutionaryconditions and stages of development,South Asia Maoist triggered on ＂contemporary revolutionary＂ideology and strategic differences,resulting in the different revolutionary road orientation in practice.The prospects of the two revolutionary strategies can only be answered by the results in the future.
